Welcome.
With a background in counseling and somatic psychology, I offer a unique approach to bodywork that includes listening to your whole self. I see the healing process as an art, a science, and something of an undefinable nature related to spirit or soul. My hands are a tool to listen in and to evaluate what I perceive in your body, but primarily they are a means of communication by which you can come into a deeper, more nuanced, and more empowered relationship with yourself and a healing capacity that already resides within you. This is where change and sometimes profound discovery or understanding can happen. Each individual I work with is unique in their needs and experience, and I create a treatment process that reflects this.
